If our Visual Editor update wasn't enough, SigStudio released another major update this week!
Tired of managing every detail of your users' signature data - like names, roles, phone numbers, emails, and profile images?
Wouldn't it be easier if admins only had to manage the company-level information, while each user managed their own personal details?
With this week's major SigStudio update, that's now possible.
Signature Users can now:
- Log in to manage their own signature data (name, role, phone, email, profile photo, social media channels and more).
- Access their personal Signature API Key for installation.
- Download their HTML signature files for installation.
This update dramatically reduces admin workload, while still keeping email signature designs consistent - and giving users control over their own signature information, exactly how it should be.
