If you're using our HTML code, you can be assured that your HTML email signature template will be the best available on the market and will out-perform all others, consistently across major email clients, apps and software.

Not only do we test our email signature templates when coding them into the software on the release of a new email signature template, we continually test and update the code to ensure our Users are getting the best HTML code available.

Developers make small changes to online and offline email clients continually and unexpectedly, which can make displaying perfectly coded signatures suddenly break, but with such a large amount of Users all using the same code, we are alerted when those changes are needed and can update the code as needed, as part of our ongoing service to our Users.

Which email clients do your email signature templates work with?

Our email signature templates will technically work with any email client that supports HTML email signatures. We offer two methods of installation depending on which email clients, apps and CRM you and your Users use; Key install and Direct Install.

Key Install:
Key install refers to Users that install their HTML email signature templates by pasting their unique Key into an app or browser extension. The app or extension then automatically installs and updates the email signature templates.

Example: As an Admin, you create email signatures on your ESR Dashboard and then send out the Signature Keys to all your Users with a press of a button. Users then download the app for their email client (with instructions provided in the email), paste their key in and the app will automatically fetch the email signature's HTML from our software and install it in the email client. If the Admin makes any changes to that signature later on, the app will auto-update it, without the User having to re-install.

Key Install works on:

Windows 10/11
Outlook (2013+), Outlook Office 365, Thunderbird, Postbox and Mailbird.

MacOS
Apple Mail (10.11+), Outlook Mac (2011+), Postbox & Thunderbird.

Browser Webmail
Chrome, Firefox, Brave & Safari extensions for Outlook, Gmail, Google Workspaces,  AOL Mail & Yahoo! Mail.

Direct Install:
Direct Install refers to Users that install their HTML email signature template directly into their email client's signature settings. We always recommend using the Key Install over the Direct Install where possible (as key install allows for auto-updating and installation) however Direct Install is available for all email clients, apps and CRM that support HTML email signatures and where our apps and extensions won't work, for example, on iOS and Android clients.

Example: As an Admin, you create email signatures on your ESR Dashboard and then send out the HTML files to all your Users with the press of a button. Users then follow an easy guide on installing the signature into their own email client, app or software, usually as simple as opening the HTML file in a browser, selecting all, copying and pasting the HTML into the signature settings of the software.

Direct Install works on:

Any email client on any OS that supports HTML in their email signature settings.

What if an email client suddenly drops support for HTML signatures?

If an email client, app or CRM suddenly drops support for HTML signatures, we won't be able to support them either. This has happened only a handful of times in the past, but yes it can happen. We are at the mercy of the developers of the email client, apps and CRM and if they allow HTML in their signature settings. Check this list here to see our full and up to date list of all supported email clients, apps and CRM.

Do your email signature templates come with social media icons?

Yes. We include over 100,000 social icons for you to choose in many different styles, colors and sizes. You can BYO social media icons too.

Is it easy to create signatures for all my team members?

Of course! Use the Default Images folder on the Dashboard to upload any images like a logo or banner than you will use across all signatures. Once you have made your first email signature template in the software, just hit the duplicate button on the Dashboard to create an exact replica of that signature template, then replace the user's name and other details... and voila!

How do I send the finished signatures to my team members?

As an Admin, you can send out the finished signatures to all your team members by email, with the press of a button on your Dashboard. Your team members will receive both their own unique Signature Key for easy install using our Windows, MacOS and Browser apps, and the email signature template's HTML file for direct install, if required.

How do I or my team members install the email signature template?

Your team members receive an email from an Admin with their unique Signature Key and HTML file. They follow the instructions in the email for their own email client, app or software. You can also grab the Key or HTML straight from your Dashboard, if you're the only user.

Do the email signature templates update automatically when the Admin makes changes in the software?

Any changes your Admin makes to an email signature template that has been installed via our Installer Apps and Browser Extensions are updated automatically. Otherwise, the Admin can re-send the HTML files to all staff for direct installing into email client settings with the press of a button.
